Navidum has been fantastic, their platform is very easy to use and it's a great way to protect both our store and customers from lost parcels or undelivered items. There's a whole suite of tools to take advantage of to also increase upsell opportunities and provide more options for customers.
We honestly don't review apps (and we utilizes over 40 in our Shopify store), because most don't work as promised, but I will take the time to review this app.
We are continually impressed not only by this app's performance, but also their customer service.
When it came to set-up, they were with us every step of the way, answering questions quickly and efficiently. Their support team has complete knowledge of their product, but more importantly, they have knowledge of running a business on Shopify, which is rare. Often times, when we deal with apps' customer service teams, they know programming, but can't fully understand our business needs because they haven't run a business.
This app gives us, and more importantly our customers, peace of mind and confidence purchasing with us, while also generating extra revenue to cover any shipping issues. We highly recommend.
Navidium has been a game-changer for us! Prior to Navidium, we were using a Shipping Insurance app (y'all know the one) that was not so helpful at all when it came to dealing with lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Navidium has allowed us to personalize the shipping protection experience that has given us (as the company) greater control that in turn impacts our customer's satisfaction and peace of mind. Very grateful!
One of the best apps we have for our website! Super easy, handy, and helps both us and our customers being able to manage replacements ourselves. We've used other shipping protection apps before and they just didn't work for our needs.

Navidium is a great app. Honestly, it is so simple to use and allows me to generate extra income so I can cover any shipping issues that my customers face. They also have a ton of features to help me tailor the Navidium to specific products.
so happy we switched to navidium. it's so easy to use and has allowed us to handle claim in house which makes it so much faster and offers a better customer journey.
nowadays there are so many stolen packages, and normally its the brand that has to cover this loss, not anymore! the additional income stream is also not to be overlooked, this has really helped us cover unexpected shipping fees and allow us to cover any claim without worrying about losing money on an order.

Ohhhh buddy...I feel at home when I read through some of these other reviews talking about other merchants who switched from other shipping protection services (I won't name names but...*cough cough* Route *cough*). We used this other company for probably just about a year before we switched over to Navidium because they kept trying to nickel and dime us. But more than anything, they pushed and pushed for us to make their shipping protection automatically set to "opt-out" only meaning customers would automatically be paying extra $$ unless otherwise specified. They also wouldn't let us adjust the amount that was charged for protection. Since we sell high-priced products already and have a really unique culture, we didn't want that because we didn't want people to feel like they were being overcharged. This other company kept harping on us -- and to sweeten the deal, they finally said that they were going to start charging us for their "marketing" features, which we didn't need or use.
Enter: Naviduium. The cost was hard to swallow at first since we are on Shopify Plus and would have to go from paying $0 with our current company to $100 with Navidium. THAT BEING SAID: Looking back, it was an absolute no-brainer to make the switch. Every month, we bring in enough revenue for shipping protection to cover the cost of the subscription, PLUS have $1000+ leftover to cover issues with shipping. To sweeten the deal a little more, I am not constantly pressured to adjust my settings and contacted by "sales bros" to give them more of our money.
The ironic thing is that since we have more capability to tweak the settings and set our own protection rates, we are actually "opt-out" now and haven't heard any complaints about it from our customers. Sorry, not sorry "other company".
I consider myself a loyal subscriber to Navidium and we will likely use them for the foreseeable future, especially since they keep coming out with new updates and features that are really awesome.

Amazing app. Does what it supposed to do and actually supports and helps ecom owners, unfortunately that cannot be said from another app that we used prior.

Love this app! Incredible, friendly, personalized support that provides fast and easy installation. Zero friction on install!! We were in business with Navidium very quickly and the app has a super simple dashboard to track metrics we want to see, plus a tool to track and report on claims. The claim feature has replaced an internal (Google sheet) that we'd used, for an easy, centralized place to measure claims (and no we don't have that many, but they're all in one easy-to-find place!) If you're on the fence, get the app.
Navidium has been a frustration free experience so far which has been great. We previously worked with Route and the advantages that we have gotten with Navidium have been 100% worth it and a no brainer to stay with Navidium. We actually MAKE money with Navidium. This alone makes the switch worth. The customer and company portal are the easiest platforms to use for us. We have been with Navidium for about 3 months at this point and it has been such a great experience. Their CS team is very nice and pleasant to work with.
All in all, Navidium has been an amazing overall experience and a no-brainer to work with. I encourage anyone to use Navidium, you won't be sorry!
