Has worked with almost no hitches so far. Easy install, and we love being able to act as the insurer. It is expensive to replace lost packages and this extra revenue has been great. Customers that purchase it get our top replacement service. No technical problems in the store; easy to name and code into the cart. I like that it is simple and straightforward - I do not actually want to buy insurance and deal with a claims process and this is quick and to the point.

There was a problem recently when they built a new login page and did not give all of us a way to make a login, but they responded right away after I left a bad review so I have updated this to reflect that. ;) Hopefully they also made their contact page start working again.
