Finally, we got a solution for our customer communication and loyalty tool. We got this recommended from one of our friend and trust me, they completely live up to the expectations. Their team is super prompt and helpful. The product speaks for itself. Taking reviews from the customers, referrals, automated emails, signup rewards, gamification etc. We are totally satisfied with them. Keep going!

We have had a great experience post integration with Nector. The tool is not just effective but extremely easy to use and analyze data with. Apart from that, Ayush and his team have been super helpful and prompt to our requirements and issues.

The overall experience has been pretty fantastic. The onboarding process was pretty seamless & the team has been very cooperative from get-go. We are definitely witnessing some positive results with our D2C store & we would highly recommend Nector to anyone who is looking to increase the conversion rates on their ecomm-store.

good support team, been a few days for us to be onboarded and the team promptly helped us with all the setting up and how to make the whole experience for our customer seamless. we are also seeing a higher interaction with the loyalty program since we shifted to nector.
