Nector: Loyalty & Rewards

I was glad to know more about Nector. Ayush helped me a lot in understanding the tool. His suggestions to improve the reward system can hopefully be surplus to us.

We integrated nector pre-Diwali, which is a high demand time for a nuts and dry fruits brand. The ability to create a separate landing page for loyalty, to a separate landing page for your rewards while incorporating automations to collect reviews was a much needed feature. The dashboard is beautiful, insightful, and allows me to really understand what my customer behaviour is in many ways.

All in all, I'm a huge supporter of Nector because yes the product is wonderful, but above that, the team has been one of the best I've worked with till date!
