Nector: Loyalty & Rewards

We are using Nector since last 2 months, and the overall experience has been great. The coins redemption process is smooth and error-free. The support team has promptly responded to any queries / doubts highlighted.

We are using Nector as our loyalty app for a while now and it's been super smooth. Setting up points, rewards, widgets and customer tiers was easy. The support team responds quickly whenever we need help. Overall a great experience so far.

We've just launched with Nector basis the impressive set of features they have and the brands they operate with. What stood out for us vs a lot of the legacy players was the fact that since they are based out of India, they have optimized their product for India D2C specific use cases which the larger international apps couldnt.

The team has been very supportive in getting us live and up and running in record time (4 days).

Would love to see a few more customization options which would enable each brand to truly own the experience as per their own guidelines. I do expect Nector to take the feedback from their brands and continue to incorporate additional features.

Having a great experience managing customer loyalty with Nector. It works perfectly across the website, Appmaker-built apps, and Shopify POS. The tech support is excellent - from onboarding to handling ad hoc requirements in day-to-day operations. The UI is easy to use, and the dashboard provides good analytics.
