The FASTEST responses to my questions, even when they were difficult. I had this app up in running in minutes, and all of my other store channels were filled out flawlessly. What a live saver!
Software gets the job done half of the time.
I am looking for a different software, but haven't found a better one yet.
Current Issues to beware of:
It will doublespace your etsy descriptions.
It will require the variation name, option name & sku to match before inventory will sync.
It will not allow you to edit the description for each store front separately so you can preserve your product links.
It only gives you 2 options for syncing between channels, which are inventory count and/or description/pictures
If you use etsy's default Primary Color option and the Color option on ebay, it will not allow you to sync until you change them to match, even though Primary Color more heavily favored by Etsy.
no refresh button for already imported products to correct import issues.
Nembol ci ha permesso di moltiplicare la presenza dei nostri prodotti su eBay e Shopify, senza sforzo e senza errori. Grazie!! ******
With nearly 1/2 of their reviews being 1 star.. this is basically all you need to know about the app!
Very buggy, with tons of duplicates, and unable to sync all the products and all the orders. Has created tons of wasted time cleaning up its mistakes.
The best part, after months of trying to get it to work properly I gave up so I uninstalled it from the shop but I still got charged!
They have a company policy of no refunds but will give a 100% coupon with no expiration date for the service you canceled...LOL! This fact here is the only reason I took time out of the day to write this review
Their much better apps and more importantly, better run companies here.
Customer service is rude and unhelpful. This is also the only app on the market that can’t sync orders correctly. When multi item orders sync they get broken out into multiple orders.
Hello, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by your experience. Our customer support team works diligently to assist all users to the best of their abilities. Please understand that our response times are aligned with European business hours, which may result in delays for users in different time zones.
Regarding our "order transfer" feature, it is still currently marked as "Beta" as of May 2022. Despite this, it does enable the transfer of orders to Shopify, generating one order in Shopify per each order line created in connected channels. We acknowledge that there is room for improvement, and we are actively working on enhancing this feature. We will keep all users informed of updates through our monthly newsletter.
It is important to note that while order transfer is a part of our offering, Nembol primarily focuses on easily listing products and syncing inventory, which are the key features we market.
If there is anything else we can do to support you, please do not hesitate to let us know. We appreciate your feedback and value your continued partnership.
Thank you.
The customer service on Nembol has been very disappointing. I've reported issues on inventory qty updates across channels for months now, and no one can give me a straight answer. First I was told that it was a 'bug' that will be fixed 'soon' (no ETA provided), then I'm told that I have to check on 'Errors', however am not given any direction on how these Errors need to be resolved. This has meant that I am manually checking inventory stock for hundreds of items each day. Trying to organise a phone call to resolve this with Guido or Nicholas has also proven to be frustrating where I am told he can't make it, yet I am not given an alternative time. I am still waiting for a meeting invite to materialise. In saying all of this, I will be fair in saying that it is fairly simple process to connect all your channels and select specific items to publish across channels. The challenge is in keeping those items published and up-to-date when any changes need to happen - eg. a price drop, inventory update. And more importantly, in my case, having reliable customer support that is able to talk you through why things aren't functioning as they should, and what the resolution is. I am happy to give a fair and updated review of this app once I receive proper resolution from the Nembol team (particularly if it is my error that has been not/poorly communicated to me), but until this happens, my review stands that this is an underwhelming app that has proven to be more trouble than it is worth. //UPDATE// I had a great call with Nicholas who was very helpful in assisting with troubleshooting the issue. I strongly recommend pushing for a phone call if you are stuck, as this was way quicker to troubleshoot issues. Unfortunately, the issues I had flagged in my earlier review have still not yet been resolved, but at least I now have the tools to mediate any issues while the team work on finding a fix. Will continue to update this review as we progress.
My experience has been pretty great. Nembol does what it claims to do, has responsive chat customer service through the website, and overall offers a ton of value with both listing and inventory sync. ________________________PROS___________________________________
-Syncs with channels reliably (Shopify, Etsy and Ebay for us)
-Manages stock numbers without hiccups (So far, not a single problem, which is frankly amazing given my experience with several other options for inv counting)
-Customer Service is friendly and responsive-- consistently responding within 24 hours (except for weekends | just take note: they are in Europe, mostly). Several times the CEO directly responded to me even. The whole operation has a very hands-on feel, from my perspective. -Competitive pricing (We actually saved quite a bit by switching to Nembol from other software solutions).
-Has an auto-sync that works for most things from Shopify which I wasn't expecting and is super cool.
-Platform/site is generally pretty intuitive and the UI is overall fairly easy to use and figure out.
________________________CONS___________________________________
-The documentation is a little lacking in some places.
-I have run into a bug or two with importing/getting all our items working (as is, we have about 1300 items, and about 10 are still having some trouble-- though, their team is working on it and I'm sure it'll get resolved).
-There are a few minor UI elements/quarks that take some getting used to.
So far, cannot fault this app, works flawlessly with eBay,etsy & shopify, customer service is also #1.
I tried this app twice. First time they hadn't got Facebook shop working and kept me waiting for several weeks. Second time i tried again, but this time Amazon was not working. Such a shame since it looks like a good concept - only too many things not working each time. Also they don't offer a reduced pricing for startups or people with few inventory products
they wanted me to pay $150 for importing products from etsy, so it's not free even on a trial period and more than that - it's not easy to find how to unsubscribe from it.
