I am using the app to get data on why a customer is not shopping with us on their visit. Simple to set up although editing text fonts did not work after the first edit. Also like the are a U.S. base company.

This APP was easy to set up and is a great addition to my website. The instructions on how to set up was clear and easy to follow along. I am happy with the add on.

I used the app to help with getting email sign up/ subscriptions. I love the simplicity of the app. The dashboard is super straightforward. The only trouble I had was customizing the colors to match my website. I wish all the apps would use something other than the color slide selector. Best part of the app was customer service. Jen reached out to me to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Even took a look when I asked her to. In addition she answered all my questions, was very patient to and cleared up my confusion, I’m not the most tech savvy person. Great app so far. Even happier with the customer service!! Try it.

I use this app to create a popup survey in efforts to help me collect customer feedback on my site about how to make improvements. I really like the functionality of this app and how easy it was to setup and use. Recently obtained this app. It’s been great so far. I like that the user has a lot of freedom to customize it to individual needs. In fact, I made a suggestion to tech support to include a feature and they quickly responded and put in code to provide the option. This is awesome support and rarely found at other companies. Highly recommend .

Simple and gets the job done. I was able to quickly create a simple sign up pop-up window and I have already gotten 3 email addresses! Pretty cool :) Customer service is very responsive and helpful!

A little disappointed. I tried making the facebook like page and ran into some problems. Tried contacting the tech throw messenger and never heard back. Was hoping to get a different results when I saw the reviews and the intro. to this app. Hope it improves in future

This app is great, and the support team is even better. Just install the app and if you have any questions or concerns, the support team is there and answers right away. No waiting days for a response. They set up our valentine pop up, for our customers to answer a quick question and receive a coupon code to shop. We were very please with the results. This is definitely an app you will want to have.. so get it today.

We hardly bother to write reviews but we just had to for this app.

So, we're absolute tech bimbos here and everything we do on our site is kept to the most basic. Downloaded this app one evening - it was easy enough to set up an event within 1 minute (even given our proficiency level was Noob) since the app speaks english and not tech lingo.
We didnt make it 'live" though as it didnt look as polished as we hoped - minor things like text were off centre etc. So we left it as is and went to bed.

The next morning, we got an email from the Support Team saying they had done some edits to the event for us. LO AND BEHOLD! The event actually looked polished and perfectly what we wanted!! We immediately activated it.

CAN WE GET A HURRAH FOR INITIATIVE AND PROACTIVE SUPPORT TEAM????
Needless to say, we're super impressed. Will continue to use the other event functions - in fact, we're super excited to see what else this app can offer!
