I highly recommend NestDesk app to any professional store for live chat. I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I'm not a computer wiz, actually I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up.
