I installed this AI Chatbot app and needed help with the app on phone. The support was great, solved the problem in short time. The communication is top notch.
I just started to use it, but I think that this is an additional method to provide customer support on time, and provide a good experience.
So far I'm happy with this app and I do recommend it.

This is a wonderful app to have for an online store! I am now able to chat with customers directly online as opposed to having to use the phone to assist them. This is great because we can help more than one person at a time. We can also link products within the chat to guide customers and they can track their shipping as well. Customer support for this app is great Rachel was very patient in helping me set the app up for use.

Very Good app in order to avoid many inbox, easy to use and to setup, Reactive support on email, Facebook and website chat.
Free now but i hope cheaper pricing in future, Need some improvments but definitively i like this
