It's one of my favorite apps on shopify because it does its job and the best thing it's 100 % free I really recommend it

Firstly, I'd like to start with CHLOE. Absolutely perfect customer service. Patient, professional and extremely helpful. Did not have to wait for a response. She was on to my questions instantly. Thank you for your exceptional customer service Chloe :) As for the app ... easy to use with loads of features. Still beginning to set it up but it looks promising. With a little patience and a quick read of their easy to understand help articles this app is a winner! Thanks NS!

I had the honor of working with Chloè and Egan. I was struggling a bit to get my contacts loaded, and change my sender email and they worked with me and stuck with me through the end to see that I had everything I wanted. It was a happy pleasure to work with them both!

My experience was very positive. I had some technical problems with the creation of the automated mail flow and the customer service was excellent, it managed to meet my every request. I recommend the application and the great customer service!
