When I encountered an issue with setting up the automation, I reached out to their support team and was promptly assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative kevin, Who patiently guided me through the process. They were able to answer all my questions and even provided some helpful tips for optimizing my email campaigns.

What I appreciated most was that the representative didn't just provide a quick fix, but took the time to really understand my needs and tailor their advice accordingly. They also followed up with me after the interaction to ensure that everything was working as expected.

Overall, I found Nest's customer service to be top-notch and would definitely recommend their email automation service to others. It's great to know that there are still companies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to deliver it
