So far so good. Most of the shipments I will get a confirmation email except one; I called and they said the driver is on the way. The shipping fee is competitive; looking forward to getting more discounts on shipping.

Its been over 3 weeks now of us using Net Parcel and I am grateful we have. Canada Post cannot compete against 90% of our customer orders. We are seeing an increase in orders especially from Ontario (as we are in BC) because orders that were $20 prior are now $14. Plus with the free pick up, it saves us way more time. There customer service team is also outstanding. I have been blasting them with emails and they are very responsive and attentive. Overall, business is slowly trending upwards and Net Parcel are a large part of that. With the supply chain being how it is, having NetParcel backing us is making us stronger during these trying times.

I used netparcel on its own for a while before I figured out I could integrate it into shopify----OMG changed my life. Easily inputting the order number in and not having to go back and forth to fill in the info is unbelievably user friendly.

The rates are the lowest I have ever seen and purolator shows up within a couple hours they are so fast.

The system automatically fulfills back into Shopify so you don't need to go to the order and fulfill etc. It saves you a step.

Wish I would have installed this app sooner! It's quite user friendly and the rates are comparable to Canada post with next day delivery services! I would definitely recommend anyone download this one!

I would put 7 Star rating for this App and the NetParcel company and support, but there in no option :-(

Love netParcel! Wish I had discovered it sooner! I was using Canada Post thinking this would give me the best rates but was very surprised that with netParcel the rates were better in most cases (or at least the same) and I no longer have to make trips to the post office to drop off my parcels!! I also like how I can download the customer information, saves time (and possible typing errors).

Very good shipping rates and excellent customer service. Had an issue setting it up and they resolved it right away.

Shipping in Canada is expensive and NetParcel had allowed me to be competitive in offering free shipping to my customers.

NetParcel has drastically reduced our shipping costs and made it much easier to get quotes. I wish we had started using it years ago for our brick and mortar location and our online store.

Application is very useful for my business. I don't really have the time to set up and negotiate rates as a sole proprietor in a busy line of work. Netparcel takes the guess work out of rates and allows me to bill my customers at a fair and competitive rate.
