We use this app for a few of our online stores. It's so simple to use and provides us an awesome alternative for larger packages where Postal rates are too high. Whenever we have questions they always respond quickly.
We began using netParcel a couple of months ago after switching from another shipper. I love being able to import an order from my shopify store and having the shipping info exactly as the customer entered for his/her order. On top of that, the prices are cheaper than the other provider. Our customers can choose from UPS, Purolator and Loomis which all provide pickup in our town.
Love this app, easy to use, if you are a small Canadian vendor looking for the best shipping rates this app is for you. Without it we would not be able to provide expedited shipping for any of our orders!

I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.
We love this app. Shipping rates are excellent and it's so easy to use for our Shopify orders. We tend to use netparcel for other shipments as well as our Shopify orders, because of the convenience. Definitely recommend this app. Also, their support is always very quick to respond if ever we have any questions or need help with a shipment.
