Cheapest rate i found so far. App is easy to use and customer support is great. This is a must have app.

Although we had previous tech issues, netParcel was very quick to help resolve them and had outstanding customer service.

We switched to Net Parcel about 3 weeks ago. We have been really happy with pricing and ease of the system. We saw big savings over using Shopify shipping in Canada because netParcel charges and quotes in Canadian dollar. This way you know exactly your cost to ship that box, with Shopify they quote in Canadian but covert to USD (just cost you 4-5% ) then they run your Canadian Credit Card (lose another 4-5%) in exchange.
For international shipments netParcel is much more competitively priced the Shopify.
The other huge advantage is multi package shipments on netParcel that you cant do on Shopify.

Don't bother with the default Shopify carrier calculated shipping! The netParcel app integrates with Shopify and gives your customers the ability to choose the most popular carriers (of your choosing) and their various delivery options. The key is that you save by getting high volume pricing for your small business instantly. You can add a % or fixed price premium to help you cover any differences between estimated and actual prices. After creating an account on netParcel, make sure to contact customer support for installation instructions and to have them activate the "rater" first before you install the app. Good luck!
