This app is GREAT! Shipping products has never been made easier. With this shopify app I am able to create labels easily and don’t need to worry about copying and pasting my customer’s information. All you need to do is type the order number and Net Parcel’s system fills in all the blanks! And let’s speak about finding the best shipping rates… this app does it all for you. I’ve always found it super tedious and annoying to have to review every single courier website to find the lowest rate. Net Parcel solves that issue by populating all courier shipping rates on one page so that I can select the one that appeals to me the most! One thing to note is that they aren’t partnered with Canada Post, but that doesn’t bother me. Would nonetheless 10/10 recommend!

I needed some help to get it setup, Support was responsive and got it working right away. I have to be patient and wait for the screens to complete each session, but the savings are fantastic, well worth the wait!

Just got set up with Netparcel recently but it's been great so far. Had a little hiccup in the beginning but the support team got me up and running in no time. Now I am able to offer fast shipping to my customers while it not costing me a fortune!

Love this app...easy to set up and actually works. Had tried a couple others but they never seemed to work when I needed them and more then once had to rush a shipment at the counter. This one saves you time and money two things that matter to small businesses.

I have been using netParcel since 2022, and they have consistently met my expectations. The customer service is, without exaggeration, excellent. They always respond very promptly, are there to assist me when needed, and consistently follow up as required. I am really glad I found netParcel for shipping my products, as I am able to offer 1 to 2 day shipping anywhere in Canada for cheaper rates than Canada Post.

The process is really simple and it works really well. I have had positive feedback from my customers who are so happy to get there product in a day or two. I now use netParcel only for for all of my shipping.

I would highly recommend this app for those who do their own shipping and are sending packages to a variety of countries. The postage rates are the best I've seen and have already saved us hundreds of dollars over the past month of using the service. The interface is easy to use and set up. It's very straight forward to import orders from Shopify.

NetParcel has been a great help for our business. Order import from Shopify is extremely quick and easy. The shipping rates and selection are excellent. If there is ever an issue, the customer service is outstanding. NetParcel has helped us expand our business tremendously and we are looking forward to doing lots of shipping in 2015.

Works great! Able to open up to new markets in the USA because of this app. Also charging Canadian dollars saves a lot of money compared to losing 4-5% on exchange with every transaction in Shopify Shipping. Thanks guys!
