Netparcel is great but I can't seem to figure out how to integrate it with my store. Wish it was easier to use.

i have used this app because i have a drop shipping point. Netparcel has been great for my shipping needs and i was able to use whatever shipper i wished through the netparcel app.

Simple, easy to use. Customer info is carried over from Shopify by entering the order number. A few clicks and you can see all the rates by the supported carriers. I can confidently recommend this service to anyone looking for an alternative to Canada Post, or to offer customers "to their door service" when Canada Post only delivers to their mail box.

Perfect app for saving on shipping. We ship a lot through Fedex and they would not negotiate lower rates. Net Parcel has helped save us a ton on 2-day and overnight packages.

I added the app to my Shopify account and got a great quote. Recommend using this for your larger parcel shipping. Good email support too.

I love Netparcels rates, but they need to be integrated into Shopify like Canada Post. Customers don't want a shipping quote after the fact, they want real time rates in checkout.

Support was not very good. The tool would not connect my store. Support said it was a known issue. No one contacted me to resolve it as I was told. I called again today and someone who was not interested in helping just wanted to know the cost of the items I would ship and said it was express shipping only, which is useless info to the known issue with their product. — Completely unhelpful. Waste of time. Good luck if you need to get an issue resolved.

Stopped working with no warning. Many customers started calling telling us we didn't offer shiping.

Hands down one of the best apps we've installed on Shopify!! netParcel offers FANTASTIC shipping discounts that we pass on to our clients. Our clients are absolutely shocked of our new rates, and our business has grown. The website recently had a make-over, and it looks phenomenal and super easy to use. The customer service is #1. They are so helpful and quick to resolve any issues you may have. An all around great app to use and great company! HIGHLY recommend!
