A great app, but what is even better is the support I receive from netParcel when on the rare occasion a courier randomly adds extra charges to an invoice. netParcel has my back.

We have been using Net Parcel for years now and find it a real asset to our company.
With the auto import of ship to information and feed back to Shopify with tracking number Net Parcel has really streamlined our whole shipping process.
Their customer service is always willing to look at ways to improve the site and have even integrated some of our wishes and suggestions, and if we have an issue with a particular shipment their team takes care of it saving us time on the phone with the couriers.
Another company who we had been using as a supplier told us about netParcel, and my husband and I were thrilled because it was exactly what we were looking for. No need to be wondering where the best deals are at, and wasting time browsing the internet. Plus it basically helps you prepare all the paperwork for all your shipments. Honestly, it has been one of the best discoveries since starting our small business.
Our family run business has been using NetParcel for 3 years now. Our packages always arrive on time and their system conveniently links with ours, so creating a shipment is quick and easy. They even contact the couriers for you. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is a great app for shipping locally and internationally. The app will automatically import the order of your choice and calculate all available shipping methods with discounts.
The developers are very helpful with very quick responses.

Add more than just fedex - would benefit your customer if you offered more shipping carriers
