The service has been great and the discounts for certain locations have been very beneficial to our business.

We need to use express services due to the perishable nature of our product and netParcel has provided us with good rates for UPS and other couriers.

If you feel you're paying too much for shipping, try this app. Also very easy to import orders and print labels.

I started using netParcel before I had my shopify store. I had some issues with the installation, as I had installed the addon before paying Shopify for the custom shipping calculation feature.. the netParcel guys were really helpful getting it sorted though - error was 100% my mistake.

The rates are really good, once I hit postage costs of C$50 or so per shipment with Canada Post, UPS start to get way cheaper really quick. I had to quote some very heavy parcels to send to Europe and UPS were about 80% cheaper than Canada post through netParcel. Counter rates are kinda crazy, and I don't ship enough volume to get the same rates that netParcel offer.

I have been using netParcel for over a year, and I have to say, it has been a huge benefit to my small business. Shipping costs in Canada are outrageous, however netParcel helps the bottom line. I've only had to reach out to customer service a few times regarding some extra charges from the carrier, but customer service responded quickly and was able to get me a refund. I highly recommend netParcel!

The rates we pass onto our customers are amazing! We ship large packages that CP can't accommodate so we rely on couriers. The netparcel interface is easy to use and printing labels from their website is very easy. We have already recommended this app to other shopify businesses. Also, calls to tech support are answered quickly and with immediate solutions.

I have been surprised the best shipping option changes from week to week, sometimes based on delivery times and sometimes based on rates. Yet the shippers we are using haven't really changed. netParcel, like many other people on here, landed me when the Canada Post strike loomed. But it has kept me with rates that are pretty much half what I was looking at by going directly through the carrier and their customer service was quick and responsive when I was setting up my rate calculator and couldn't figure out how to activate it. (They turn it on btw). I was careful at first, as I had never used a budget third party before, but honestly the process to a shipping label is more streamlined than native Shopify integration and when you submit the order you receive a carrier label, no sketchy steps or other questionable practices. I am truly impressed with netParcel.
