The search is over. By far the best shipping site I have found for domestic US shipping with THE cheapest rates and seamless user interface. I checked with 6-9 eshippers and hands down cheapest. Quick Quote helped me size my parcels correctly so as not to get slammed with extra fees and the tracking history is excellent. I have not used the international options yet but their FedEx US domestic rates rock. The only platform I need and use. Also, they pick up the phone and are helpful when I call.
Really can't complain. Does what it's supposed to do with no fuss. Requires going to a different site to get pricing and complete the order, but shopify order import is smooth. Pricing generally cheaper than Canada Post for all sizes larger than a shoe box. In some cases, much cheaper. Lots of options for carriers. Getting a refund on an unused label is pretty straightforward and they are quick to respond to emails. One improvement would be the ability to select when to fulfil and notify customer. It automatically fulfils and notifies them as soon as you purchase a label, but sometimes you may not ship out for a few days.

We have been using NetParcel for 2 years now, and are 1 year into our Shopify Integration. The connectivity is seamless and the app definitely adds value to our shipping processes, primarily in the following two ways: 1. Instant carrier cost comparison + rate discounts
2. Reduces fulfillment time via the import order function (which saves us time having to input customer shipping details before printing labels) We are big fans of NetParcel & extremely happy with our experience. Any business stands to reduce costs and input time by adding this app to their store.

No issues with updating tracking when fulfilling orders. Issues with shipping companies are resolved by netparcel. Customer support is responsive. Shipping charges are much cheaper than negotiating with shipping companies yourself.

Net Parcel always provides very competitive shipping prices and they are simply the best in market. Specially if you are shipping huge boxes internationally, they are much better than the rest out there. Believe we have tried others too. Keep it up Net Parcel

A great app, but what is even better is the support I receive from netParcel when on the rare occasion a courier randomly adds extra charges to an invoice. netParcel has my back.
