Started using this app a few days ago with the Canada Post strike on and off shipping has been challenging.
These are the best shipping rates across Canada that we have found so far and are delighted with that. Also, having the orders populate from Shopify is a great time saver and helps eliminate data transfer errors.
I wish the invoicing would calculate a total for the day or week and put a group charge through, versus each individual one - it does make accounting harder.
Give it a go, you will be glad you did.

When it works, it works great.
Unfortunately I have been charged more overage, wrong address and unknown reason fees on this platform than any other platform.
I dispute one out of every 3 shipments, and have reduced the amount I rely on Netparcel exponentially. It's a shame, as it is an easy system to use and accesses services i would ordinarily not have access to. But it's impossible to pre-check customer supplied addresses, and you're charged $15 every time they deem it so.. PLus, 1/2" discrepency on one measurement can lead to $20-$50 in additional charges. Be wary.

Our clients are absolutely shocked of our new rates, and our business has grown. The website recently had a make-over, and it looks phenomenal and super easy to use. The customer service is #1. They are so helpful and quick to resolve any issues you may have. An all around great app to use and great company! HIGHLY recommend!
