Net Parcel is one of the best things that has happened to our business. It's dramatically lowered our shipping costs, particularly on large items going across Canada.
If you ship products you have no excuse but to install netParcel. It will save you money instantaneously.
As a small board game manufacturer that ships handcrafted board games across Canada, freight has a big impact on our bottom line. We have been delighted with the service NetParcel has offered us. I have been surprised the best shipping option changes from week to week, sometimes based on delivery times and sometimes based on rates. Yet the shippers we are using haven't really changed. We are just getting better rates and service.
NetParcel definitely has definitely been a game changer for us.

Netparcel offers great rates on various courier shipments, especially for international shipping, and the Shopify integration makes it easy to bring the customers' address over to get quotes. It would be nice if the import also brought in order items/weights/HS codes, etc, but for now it's worth the price/service to just plug that in myself. I have never had an issue with shipments with them and my few interactions with their team have been professional and pleasant.

netParcel, like many other people on here, landed me when the Canada Post strike loomed. But it has kept me with rates that are pretty much half what I was looking at by going directly through the carrier and their customer service was quick and responsive when I was setting up my rate calculator and couldn't figure out how to activate it. (They turn it on btw). I was careful at first, as I had never used a budget third party before, but honestly the process to a shipping label is more streamlined than native Shopify integration and when you submit the order you receive a carrier label, no sketchy steps or other questionable practices. I am truly impressed with netParcel.
The app integrates with my store without any issues and their shipping prices are pretty decent.
I took off 1 star because after purchasing a UPS label through them, it only provided the shipping label but not the required customs form that need to be attached to the package. Initially I had to email support to send me the customs form each time but I asked if they could fix it because it was very inconvenient to have to email every single time. After that support did make the changes in the backend that included the customs form to be downloaded with the shipping label.
The other issue I've had is my package weighing 1.15 kg but after paying for shipping, the weight is changed to 2.27 kg and there's an extra charge for the weight adjustment. My scale is correct because all the other item's weight were not changed, so why it happens with this item every time...I don't understand.
All in all, I use this service when I need to ship a package using UPS or DHL.

Netparcel has been useful, consistent, and offers great rates! While we have a UPS business account, we still use Netparcel regularly - especially when we need quick international shipping, or to cross shop priority options beyond what our regular provider offers. There is also plenty of functionality and the interface is convenient and quick to use.

Cheapest rate i found so far. App is easy to use and customer support is great. This is a must have app.
