Great customer service and awesome to be able to offer customers in different locations pricing from different carriers.

Has been an incredible app for us thus far. We have saved a huge amount on shipping (we are located in Alberta, Canada, and the UPS rates and ship times are just amazing). Had one issue with a label not showing up after it was paid for, but called in and they resent it to me immediately. Highly recommended. The only thing I wish they had was an integration into Shopify like Shippo has, where you can click on the order, then click on "Bulk Actions" and select "Get Label on NetParcel" with an automatically populated label. The system they have works, but it would just make it even slicker to use. Get this app, you won't regret it!

I'm really excited about this app. It's reducing our shipping cost, but most importantly, our shipping complexity. Was simple to install, got us rates significantly lower than we get on our own account and makes arranging the pickup and paperwork a dream. We cancelled a subscription to an expensive competing service after only a day of using this - it's that good.

Super easy to use. Imports all address info. No more logging on to all shipping services to check the best rate!! A must have for anyone who ships large or heavy items

Netparcel offers great rates on various courier shipments, especially for international shipping, and the Shopify integration makes it easy to bring the customers' address over to get quotes. It would be nice if the import also brought in order items/weights/HS codes, etc, but for now it's worth the price/service to just plug that in myself. I have never had an issue with shipments with them and my few interactions with their team have been professional and pleasant.

Amazing APP, easy to use and you save lots of money especially for large parcels.

We found NetParcel by searching a solution to possible CanadaPost strike and also better rates than CanadaPost. Now, it helps us to reach new customers with better shipping prices and it's really simple to use. We especially like the Shopify orders importation that allows us to ship to our customers really fast! I would like an integration on our store without upgrading to a premium account. I emailed them to ask a question and they answered really fast! That's a great service, thanks!

NetParcel saved us a ton of money. We've sent out over 200 packages from Canada to the US with no issues. Customer support was very responsive when we had to cancel or have concerns.

My only wish is that it includes Canada Post rates as comparison.

Net Parcel is amazing! I have an Yoga & Activewear clothing store in Canada and Net Parcel replies to my emails. Fixes any problems that I encounter and is super cheap!!! Best rates anywhere!!!
