With the latest Canada Post disruption and Purolator no longer providing pickups from netParcel we have become very disappointed with netParcel and it's customer service and lack of communication at a crucial time of year for shipping.

When it works, it works great.
Unfortunately I have been charged more overage, wrong address and unknown reason fees on this platform than any other platform.
I dispute one out of every 3 shipments, and have reduced the amount I rely on Netparcel exponentially. It's a shame, as it is an easy system to use and accesses services i would ordinarily not have access to. But it's impossible to pre-check customer supplied addresses, and you're charged $15 every time they deem it so.. PLus, 1/2" discrepency on one measurement can lead to $20-$50 in additional charges. Be wary.
