We've been exclusively using netParcel for express shipping for 2 years now. We mainly use DHL to ship to UK and countries outside of USA and Canada. It takes some time to set the whole thing up, but a netParcel rep will promptly help you do it. Every time we had any issues, we were always able to reach them in a timely manner, or reach them by phone if its urgent. They haven't failed us and we'll continue to use their service in the future.

We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!
This app is awesome! Super simple to use and streamlines shipping. For a busy shop it is a must! I like that it fufills your order for you once you pay for postage as well as sends the tracking number along to the buyer. Saves me time and money, a must!
I've been using netParcel for a few week and it couldn't be easier. The address is simply added, payment is taken, and I get a label on the spot to print. And it links with Shopify which is super convenient for me! I couldn't recommend it more!
