We found NetParcel by searching a solution to possible CanadaPost strike and also better rates than CanadaPost. Now, it helps us to reach new customers with better shipping prices and it's really simple to use. We especially like the Shopify orders importation that allows us to ship to our customers really fast! I would like an integration on our store without upgrading to a premium account. I emailed them to ask a question and they answered really fast! That's a great service, thanks!
NetParcel saved us a ton of money. We've sent out over 200 packages from Canada to the US with no issues. Customer support was very responsive when we had to cancel or have concerns.
My only wish is that it includes Canada Post rates as comparison.

We use this app for a few of our online stores. It's so simple to use and provides us an awesome alternative for larger packages where Postal rates are too high. Whenever we have questions they always respond quickly.
We began using netParcel a couple of months ago after switching from another shipper. I love being able to import an order from my shopify store and having the shipping info exactly as the customer entered for his/her order. On top of that, the prices are cheaper than the other provider. Our customers can choose from UPS, Purolator and Loomis which all provide pickup in our town.
Love this app, easy to use, if you are a small Canadian vendor looking for the best shipping rates this app is for you. Without it we would not be able to provide expedited shipping for any of our orders!
