Really can't complain. Does what it's supposed to do with no fuss. Requires going to a different site to get pricing and complete the order, but shopify order import is smooth. Pricing generally cheaper than Canada Post for all sizes larger than a shoe box. In some cases, much cheaper. Lots of options for carriers. Getting a refund on an unused label is pretty straightforward and they are quick to respond to emails. One improvement would be the ability to select when to fulfil and notify customer. It automatically fulfils and notifies them as soon as you purchase a label, but sometimes you may not ship out for a few days.
