This platform has made managing customer communications and retention much easier. The drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, and the Customer Retention Strategy (CRS) tool provides valuable insights into retention issues, helping us focus on what matters most. The AI-driven personalization and real-time analytics have boosted engagement and conversions.
While it integrates well with many tools, I’d love to see more third-party options, and the automation setup has a slight learning curve. Overall, it’s a fantastic solution for businesses looking to streamline customer engagement and optimize retention.
