It was working, but the feeds and profiles stopped syncing correctly, and then the order feed stopped working. Tried to do support, but support hours are only in India.
They only use Skype, so you can't even get a proper email chain to flow.
Canceling our subscriptions and finding an alternative for Newegg.com/Business and Canada.

CED and their team have been truly helpful in the installation and configuration of this app. We have a very large amount of products in our store. While some things have not been perfect, their development team has always been extremely helpful to get things working quickly and efficiently, essentially perfecting the process. I have had quick and direct contact with a number of different team members over time to get our account to where it is. It is a certain time saver.

We've been trying to get this setup to feed our products but it's not working as intended and has many errors that constantly need support which does not respond quickly and 30 day trial is already over and made us pay and still not working. We are waiting to hear back on other issues again. Not sure if this can work for us in a long term. They fix 1 issue after 2 weeks and other issues pops up right after and need to wait for them to respond for days.
The item integration and listing on Newegg takes time and seems a little complicated, but the support team is always there to help me out with any questions I have.
I have used CED commerce for six months now and their other apps that support marketplace integration for Walmart and Jet are helping generate new orders. Each marketplace has it peculiarities so you have to spend time to learn how each of them works. For newegg, for example, they reject all product descriptions that contain certain html tags that are not rejected on Walmart. CED has been good at responding to my inquiries and on a timely basis. It takes work to get your shopify store syncing properly with each marketplace but it has been well worth the effort. The CED fee is very affordable, too.

There are various custom features in app through which i can update my price and inventory. I have been assigned an account manager who reviewed my account and helped me to completely set up my store and integrate it to newegg.com.
