A+++ Highly recommended! Absolutely great app and superb customer service at half the price of what other migration services charge. They will work with you until your migration is complete to your 100% satisfaction, even if it means re-doing migrations. My migration was custom with many hiccups but they worked it out and I now have all 15+ years of customer data + order history from my previous platform. Thanks, Next-Cart!

If you are needing to migrate your store/shopping cart from another platform to Shopify - LOOK NO FURTHER.
THIS is a HIDDEN GEM ! … I call them “The Dream Team” … had been struggling for weeks - working with other so called MIGRATION APPS … brought to tears with frustration - … pay them so YOU can do the CSV work ?! - what on earth do manufacturer’s/suppliers know about CSV’s, and especially that are so finicky that NOTHING works right but yet you NEED to migrate your business. For me, there was two 15 year old stores/shopping carts that I needed into 1 Shopify store - 50/50 USD and CAD - with same customers ordering for over 15 years - wholesale and retail … well NEXT-CART did it - and did it PERFECTLY - ALL CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS AND ORDERS HISTORY WAS PRESERVED !! … and they didn’t bother me with the details - THEY DID IT ALL - and they began working the moment I downloaded the APP - started with the free TEST - I was so impressed I paid for the Full Service VIP - which was the same price or less then the other APPS who were having ME, do all the CSV work. No comparison here - day and night for quality of work and service.
They work with technology that is far more advanced than the other APPS that say they are providing this service ... and they know what they are doing … and they do what they say.

Incorrectly formatted the 301 redirects. Couldn't recognize existing customers when migrating new data and corrupted every order from a existing customer.
Just spend the time to use Matrixify or even Shopify's built in import utility. We've spend 5x the cost just on lost sales and manpower to correct just those two issues and we still have days of work ahead of us.

- About the 301 redirects issue, the migration app is designed to bring over the default URL structure of your source store. If you have changed the default URL structure, we can customize your migration tool to migrate the restructured URLs, no extra fee for that.
- About the migration of new data, there are 2 cases:
++ If you uploaded the data files that contain only new entities since the last migration, you will need to tick the checkbox "This is a Recent Data Migration" in the Upload form to ensure the new data is linked to your old data.
++ If you uploaded the data files that contain all entities, it will be no problem.
In the configuration step, please choose the option "Continue the previous migration" before you start the migration process.
If you are busy and don't have time to perform the migration, please kindly send the detailed information and your request to contact@next-cart.com. Our technicians will take care of the migration and support you until everything is completed.

Used this tool to migrate from WooCommerce to Shopify. Let me start by saying the support is absolutely amazing. They literally respond right away. Fantastic customer service and support! Always responded to me promptly and kept me updated throughout the whole process which only took a few days from start to finish.
If you are looking to switch to Shopify from another platform and want to migrate orders / customers / products, this is the best company to use, by far! I have worked with them a few times over the last 3 years and they have always been efficient, reasonable and very helpful.

Used this app to move my store from Word Press to Shopify. Everything transferred smoothly - products, users, orders. Had a small issue with some product images not showing up right after the migration, but support helped me fix it quickly. The whole process was much easier than I expected. Absolute legends! Moved my BigCommerce store over last month - thought I'd lose all my custom product fields but their mob knew exactly how to map everything across. Had one wee panic when images took longer to sync, but got a proper explanation and it all came good. Cheers for making it so easy!
