Used this app to move my store from Word Press to Shopify. Everything transferred smoothly - products, users, orders. Absolute legends! Moved my BigCommerce store over last month - thought I'd lose all my custom product fields but their mob knew exactly how to map everything across. Had one wee panic when images took longer to sync, but got a proper explanation and it all came good. Cheers for making it so easy!
I used their service to import a bunch of products into my Shopify store from an excel file, and it worked out perfectly. The team helped clean up some formatting issues in my file and made sure everything showed up correctly, images, variants, attributes, all of it.
