We love Nibble. We use it to negotiate with customers after hours and it has been a steady app since we implemmented it, around 2 years ago. 14% of the Nibble chats result in a purchase! It's super easy to install and their customer service is superb. They help to implemment or to modify if neccessary.
Heard about Nibble and was delighted to have them speak at our ticketing conference a few years ago, we used them this year to help negotiate, rather than discount our last few tickets, and the users have loved it, with a couple wanting to use on their own events. It's easy to use and support is always there, but rarely used, as the platform is so solid.
We have had a brilliant response since adding Nibble to our customers experience. It's a WIN-WIN platform - it effectively engages customers whilst maintaining Transformulas branding. The team at Nibble are always on hand to answer questions and give us suggestions, they have ensured a seamless experience. Super easy for both us, as the brand, and customers to use.
I think it's a great idea and after testing it I have to say that I'm thrilled with how easy it works. It's fun to negotiate the prices. The backend is very self-explanatory.
What I don't like. We would have liked to try it out once, start a campaign to see how it is received.
Our customers are from Germany, so we wanted a German translation, but of course we also wanted to adapt the style of the button.
The surprise: it's not possible. In fact, it is only possible if you sign a one-year contract, i.e. a minimum of 6000 USD + 2%. That is an absurdity. With this sentence the conversation with the support was over. Further inquiries remained unanswered.
Even the "Whitelabel" solution is only available in the Enterprise plan. So even with 499 USD + 2% sales fee you have to leave the advertising for it.
Conclusion: Cool tool, bad pricing policy, inflexible support. But as always, someone will come along who does exactly the same thing only better :-)

Apologies if it wasn't clear in our support conversation over the weekend, our pricing is a 2% commission on completed sales and the $499 is a minimum monthly spend, not $499 a month+2%.
As we are a small team we cannot do substantial customisation work, including new languages, without a 12 month commitment. This is why its only available on the enterprise plan and this is why we don't advertise this on the Shopify listing.
We are adding languages and features all the time and hope to be able to offer German with a much shorter commitment by the end of this year. We will let you know when this is possible in case you would like to reconsider.
Nibble is a really engaging way for us to offer our customers a discount promotion. The team were fantastic and helped us to make sure that the app was configured to our needs, and the Ux is very simple and intuitive to use, both from the installation and customer points of view. Highly recommend for an engaging and effective take on a discount campaign!

I love this app and the Nibble team. Very quick to respond to queries and they take customer feedback on board as they are always looking to make the experience and app even better This is ideal for anyone looking to not just offer a blanket discount and it allows us to keep margins healthy. A personal favourite of mine is the Nibble bot conversations and seeing how our customers interact and reply back
