Nimbus post panel found very user friendly and a step head of the market standards. Which is not limited to tracking and tracing, wallets, number of PIN codes covering in India. Also realtime shipment status.
Despite of all above there is a major draw back regarding weight lift charges claim without any supporting evidence from Nimbus Post.
When over lift charges claim by Nimbus post they have to produce the evidence of over weight asper industry standard. However, Nimbus post demands photo evidence showing weight on shipper's scale and measurement. Identify with label. If there is a discrepancy from shipper's scale proof of evidence for over weight needs to produce by Nimbus post.
