I was not happy with customer service I experience. Agents acted as if they did not want to assist. The add I saw and information given on the ai bot of company site said i could up load a mock up to show how I wanted design. But was told that was not true. It showed metallic designs but was told they do not do the metallic its matte. I am very unhappy

We regret any confusion caused by the information you encountered on our site or through our AI assistant. While customers are welcome to upload their own ready-to-print artwork, we do not provide custom design services or create designs on behalf of customers. Our free design studio is intended for basic layout and placement adjustments and is not a full graphic design program. Our support team’s goal was to explain these limitations as clearly as possible.
Regarding materials, we currently offer DTF printing, which produces a matte finish and does not support metallic effects. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product does not match expectations, and we apologize if this was not communicated clearly enough upfront.

Ninja POD integrated easily with our Shopify store, has a great selection of merch, and I love the AI-assist on design, color swapping, and logo selection. Have already received items, worn and washed - this is exactly the solution we've been looking for, all in an easy-to-use platform.
I have just started a website on Shopify, with Ninja Print on Demand being the company chosen for our printing needs. I have had to contact representatives from Ninja Print on Demand and Shopify, and I will happily say, that all of them have been absolutely OUTSTANDING. The patience and professionalism is beyond excellent. They took the time to reply thoroughly to all of my questions, and I definitely had a lot of them. Thank you very much for the representatives, who helped me to stop being frustrated with attempting to figure things out on my own. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED, and I have been able to move forward with my order and establishing my payment method. I've been with Ninja Transfers for several Years. They have unbeatable Customer Service. Then in 2025 I installed the POD App on my Shopify Store. I have had them multiple orders ranging from T-Shirt, Hoodies & Soft Shell Jackets. I would like for them to fill my Richardson 112 hat Orders, but the pricing is way too high at $18+ & Shipping. I have received an email stating they will be dropping the hat price to $14+, but I have not seen that happen & it's been 7+ business days. Overall I would give Ninja POD 4.5 Stars. Based on their fulfillment time, quality of transfers & customer service, but they need to work on their pricing. Who can sell a hat, make a decent profit, run ads to sell the hat, etc at $18+ and shipping

I’ve been quite happy with Ninja. Their variety and quality have been top notch. There are things lacking in the app such as auto population of size charts, and a better reprint procedure are in the works. They are young yet, but so far so good. They are working to make the app better, and I have been impressed with their customer service and quality. Thanks, Ninja! Keep on trucking!

I was happy to see this integrated into Shopify. After not being satisfied with other POD suppliers I was very exited to give them a try. So far so good.. great prices, no subscription, great selection of products. I have ordered several things and so Fmfracing everything g has turned out great.The design editor is easy to work with and can easily change colors of the uploaded designs. They are constantly making upgrades and fixing small things and customer service is good. Shipping time is quick also. Glad they started this POD division.

NINJA PRINT has been an amazing partner with my shopify store. There have been a couple hiccups on the way as we are very new to the shirt designing game. However NINJA print team is always right behind me and always ready to fix an issue. The customer service has been great and very prompt. Also, our customers are very satisfied with the products they receive. If we have a design flaw or something doesn't quite go as planned, the ninja team has always helped solve an issue, reprint without question and make sure; not just their customer, but my customer is happy with the finished product. I can't express the gratitude I have being given the opportunity to design shirts for our little store and have the people behind me to make it happen. Thank you Ninja Team!
