Im trying to create my first product using the ninja app inside Shopify. It comes back Uh oh - something went wrong, it happens to work on Safari and errors on Chrome.
I have had a excellent experience so far with Ninja POD. Customer service on some questions I had have been great. Geraldine was very professional and answered all my questions.
Justyne helped me with an issue i had, was a self inflicted issue ha, but was fast, prompt, and polite, when i was the cause of my own issue.
Starting a new journey vending on ninjapod can be scary, but the help from Geraldine; who answered all my questions a considered my apprehension and fears made going on the Ninjapod venture a sure thing!
Taylor & Geraldine have been amazing at providing exceptional customer service! I'm so grateful that I decided to switch to NINJA POD!!! Looking forward to additional features being added in the near future that will further enhance my business!
Justyne and Josh did a great job answering any questions you have about your designs. They both answered my questions in about 15 min or less of my inquiry which is unheard of customer service. Keep up the great work.
