The app has improved since the latest update. It's easier to process orders in bulk now and arrange for split shipments.

The user interface is easy to use and seamless. The steps are straight forward with just enough customisations that are thoughtfully designed for business owners to quickly manage their shipping labels with NinjaVan. Support has also been quick to respond when we face small issues during the setting up! Our account managers Henry and Daniel are also very responsive and helpful. Overall, really pleased with the app as we've tried several shipping apps before and find that the NinjaVan's integration with Shopify has been the most seamless so far.

The app is super easy to use and has provided convenience to the business. It has also cut down so much time because the process is so seamless. Experienced a couple of glitches here and there, but the app support was so quick and responsive that we got most solved quickly. It's exactly what we appreciate when it comes to any new integration with our business. All in all, 10/10 recommend!
