eventhough I ticked all settings as per instructed including "Notify customer (fulfil order and update tracking number)" , still no tracking number or ninjavan email is sent out to customer. This is causing a big headache to us as we need to manual update customers. hoping for an update to solve this issue

Due to some 404 error before create airway bill at 17/8, I tried to uninstall it, and try to install it back, but this is keep failed to installing back. Hope you guys settle it as soon as possible
