UPDATE: I figured out the issue. I had to go into my shipping profiles and add flat rate $0 and labeled it 'No Contact Free Delivery." May be helpful to note that because it took me some troubleshooting to realize that was the issue.
------------------------ When the no contact is switched to on, it's still charging for shipping. I do not want to lose orders because of this. Please help.
The developer quickly helped me with the installation and it’s working nicely. The app is a quick, basic option to add delivery. Very easy to set up and customize your message to customers and receive any delivery instructions. We’re just experimenting with delivery so this is a great way to test the waters.
