Service is good but lots of issues with this app. When I had VPN on it still allowed me to view my website using my VPN. They told me it was because IP of vpn was not registered with them. I was still willing to try until I had a customer that is a regular contact me and say that my site was redirecting them to google. I did have redirects but not for my american customers (which he is). So the system was automatically determining my non threat customer's were a threat. Bad for business.

I downloaded this app and a few others, and it brought even more countries in!! I had over 2,000 in one day! I wanted to block some countries from accessing my website. I have another app that can see who comes and goes; this app brought even more in! I contacted them, and they said, "Oh, you will still see it because they come to your website; we just don't allow them to go any further," which is a lie because my other app shows me exactly where they were going. Don't use this app; it will kill your bounce rate! After extensive research, I found an app that actually works!

Thank you for your feedback—I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience.

I'd like to gently clarify that when we block a visitor, they do still technically "arrive" at your site—that's how any blocking solution works. The visitor has to try to reach your website before we can identify and block them. What NoSpy does is prevent them from browsing further, accessing your content and stealing your strategies.

These visits are being stopped at the door rather than allowed to walk through your store.

I can see you installed and uninstalled the app in less than 13 min so you comment about bringing over 2000 visits in one day might've been with another app and not ours - I also checked our records and didn't find any support messages from you—we would have been happy to help walk you through the setup.
