We have only had NoFraud active for a few weeks and I already see how its tools to help detect fraud give you as the merchant more piece of mind doing business on the internet. We had a transaction of around $2k that needed to be reviewed which they handled completely for us. It felt great knowing the customer was contacted and verified before we had that dollar amount placed in a box and sent to a stranger. We've been burned in the past and love that we can breath easier for a small percentage of our sales. Definitely worth it.

** I would like to start by saying our business deals with large transactions on a regular basis each month, and presented this information immediately upon speaking to the sales team **
We are not satisfied at all with how the sales process was presented. We spent time and effort thinking this could be a good app, and dealt directly with the sales team for a few meetings.
Once we thought all was well and we were going to proceed due to the benefits of using the app and pricing that worked in line with the insurance we THOUGHT we would be receving, we were presented one caveat that was never shared...... there is a cap on the chargeback limit.
We deal with +$2000 transactions at least 4 times a month, and after being informed we would spend over $250 a month for chargeback coverage, we were told we only could be covered for $700 per chargeback. They also stated that "5 transactions out of 100,000 get through the fraud detection" meaning very low risk on their side. So let's do the math..... I am on average going to spend with this company $3000 a year, and MAYBE a chargeback occurs during the year, but will only cover $700? What kind of joke is that? Why would we ever spend that kind of money if we were not protected completely? That is the whole point of insurance!
Maybe this app can work for companies that deal with less than $1000 transactions, but the whole point in our eyes of using something like this is to not worry about THE LARGE TRANSACTIONS. Completely asinine for us.

NoFraud employs a maximum reimbursement per transaction for some businesses, depending on the length of time they are in business, monthly purchase volume and industry. Any increase in that maximum can be worked out with the sales rep once provided with a little more information from your team.
As mentioned on our follow up call, we are happy to increase the maximum for your business based on specific criteria your shared.

This is a nice app, has been helpful in detecting and giving us the risk associated with every order.
Has really helped me cut down on fraudulent orders! Gives me more time to take care of business instead.
NoFraud has been integral to identifying and blocking fraudulent purchases on our webstore. I highly recommend it.
NoFraud has been a lifesaver. They stopped a fraudulent order for $1,000 just days after we signed up. A must have.
Fantastic experience getting setup. The team at NoFraud were easy to work with and quick to respond. Very intuitive platform that provides a true layer of fraud protection in our store. A great blend of automated and human intervention.
This is a very bad app. Installing this app makes your website very slow. We have uninstalled this app, yet a lot of its code is present in our theme which has not been deleted. We had emailed him for this but we have not received any reply. VERY VERY VERY BAD!!

We'd like to address all three of your concerns:
1. Site Speed: NoFraud audits the effect of its app on site speed at least weekly. Our latest audit revealed that it takes an average of 40 milliseconds (that is 0.04 seconds) to load our JS script, and that is while other parts of your site are loading at the same time. Meaning, NoFraud does not add a noticeable effect on site loading time. We have had the rare occurrence of a JS script conflict, which was quickly and easily resolved when the customer reached out to our support team. We have not received any support tickets from you while the app was installed.
2. Leftover code: The only code NoFraud installs on your site is a JS script, which is removed when you uninstall the app. We confirmed by looking at the source code of your site - the NoFraud JS Script is no longer there. You had communicated with a team member this afternoon, asking for the NoFraud notes to be removed from your order history, as you thought those notes can potentially slow your site down. When an app is installed, Shopify does not remove any notes in the orders page, as they may be needed for future reference. Your Shopify interface and website are two different websites and notes on a Shopify order will not impact your website's site speed.
3. Support: Our support team is quick to respond to customer inquiries, as evidenced in the other reviews from existing customers. You had reached out to NoFraud via Shopify support Saturday afternoon and left this review Sunday morning. All requests via our helpdesk are answered immediately during business hours. On weekends, any urgent helpdesk ticket is routed to support for immediate resolution. There is no escalation option when you email NoFraud via Shopify. We reached out Sunday evening, asking for more information so we can troubleshoot on your behalf.
NoFraud is committed to helping every customer quickly and would have been happy to resolve your issue while the app was installed, when communicating via the right channels for an immediate resolution.

Just installed this--and No Fraud stopped a cc transaction within an hour of installing the app.. I am in the trial period--but must say that this app is one of the best. A must have for any store. I am VERY satisfied with the app. Alot less worry on chargebacks--what a relief! Its been 2 weeks and if this had a ten star rating system, i would give it a 15. This is a must for any business-this app is by far the best and it has picked up all high risk orders that were placed on my store. These guys are a lifesaver!
8/19/17 UPDATE- I had orders prior to installing this app. ALL came back as chargebacks-all were green checked thru shopify as good to go--over $3500 in chargebacks. Shopify only has limited processing for orders--do yourself and your business a HUGE favor and get this app. It is very stressful dealing with these chargeback orders, because this money comes out of your pocket--protect yourself and get this app.

We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s).
The app works as advertised, really flexible and extensive with features. Totally recommend!
