NoFraud Fraud Protection

Great app, helps us to avoid fraudulent transactions on our online platform. Using it for almost 2 years. Highly recommended.

This app has truly helped our warehouse filter out any fraudulent orders, as well as helped to alleviate any return/refund processing in the backend. It automatically scans the purchase location, credit card and IP address to discern the various ways the order is valid or invalid. We have a great success manager, Lisa W. who has always been super helpful and responsive along the setup process.

NoFraud has facilitated the screening process for our online orders which they do an excellent job at it. Analyst Blumi is amazing to work with as she is always available to answer any question or concern we may have about an order whether it is by phone or email she always answers. We recommend this to any online company that wants to feel safe for the company and its customers.

Straight up if it wasn't for no fraud my store would have been shut down long ago due to chargebacks from fraudulent charges. Best solution out there, super helpful team.

The integration is seamless and literally worked out of the box with zero changes to our current workflow. This app changed everything for us. We used to be fraught with fraud, getting chargebacks left and right, but since we started working with the NoFraud team, we've yet to encounter one, while accepting MORE orders. They accept orders other apps would've failed, knowing how better to research the customer and ascertain if they're fraudulent or not. They've saved us a ton of money, they're very competitively-priced within the industry, and by far and away the best fraud protection service out there. Don't think twice.

One of my fav apps! We are constantly targeted by online scammers and lost thousands prior to this app, we then implemented a pretty manual process to vet each credit card order that came through but very time consuming. This app does the vetting process in seconds and or if unsure they will conduct a manual review. The usual vetting takes seconds with a simple "pass or fail" tag and off you go. If for some reason they pass an order and it still gets hit with a chargeback, they credit you back! You need to have the "chargeback protection" plan in order to be covered but its totally worth it as it pays for itself.

The NoFraud app is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent orders. The app is really easy to install and setup. NoFraud's analysis has been much more effective over the standard default Shopify fraud analysis. It catches fraud missed by Shopify and passes orders that Shopify said were high risk - and no chargeback was received on those orders" . Best part is you could contact NoFraud and speak with someone about a transaction in question if needed. This is a huge benefit. If you ever need assistance they are always quick to respond. I could easily say this is a Must Have App.
