My company has been using NoFraud for several years and on multiple eCommerce platforms now, and the first thing that really stands out to me about this service is their excellent customer service.
They have always responded quickly to support tickets and questions about their service, and their customer service reps are friendly and knowledgable. They have really nailed the customer experience.
We had a big problem with fradulent transactions and not enough resources to monitor that daily. This app was a life saver to our business but automating that process and at the same time helped us bring in more money as well.
Great app, superb service. You need this app to help fight against sleazy scammers taking your money. Thanks NoFraud!
NoFraud has been very helpful with detecting possible fraudulent charges. The analysts are always very quick to respond to any inquiries.
I have been with NoFraud for two months after moving from Signifyd. I love the experience way better and much more personalized. The customer service is top notch. The rate of approval is better and the rate that NoFraud charges is lower for a better service. I have recommended this to few of my friends that are in e-commerce business. Keep up the great work NoFraud.
Great app! It has saved us a lot in potentially fraudulent orders being fulfilled. Their customer service team is quick to reply with solutions and is very hands on. Couldn't be more happy we started!
NoFraud has been fantastic. We switch from signifyd and haven't looked back. Better rates, vastly simpler customer service, easier touch points for service/help, chargeback protection and filing on our behalf. (this was huge -- of the few chargebacks we've gotten, NoFraud takes care of them and we're good to go!), super fast verifications (if/when needed). Great staff. All in all, definitely recommend going with this app!
5 Stars! Shoshanah is AMAZING, exceptionally professional, thorough & lovely & always responds within 24 hours. Without question, this app was an epic find. The streamlined process is clear, direct, easy to use & frees up A LOT of time. The stress of managing this would literally keep me up at night ... the question of "should I ship" weighs on all of us smaller sellers. I used to hand view ever single order following up with the customer, verifying ID & even doing that would STILL result in fraud chargebacks OR cancellations. ------------------------------------------

-OH! One of the best unintended features is their blacklist feature. That one little features is an absolute incredible value add because it just drops us an email in our inbox with a big ol' FAIL. From there, you can check your shopify notes & verify the issue (usually non-receipt claims). So, if we could have a few different notations not just black list but: RED FLAG: WARNING - HUMAN CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT. SHIP WITH SIGNATURE. That would cut down on the time to investigate. --------------------------------------------------------------------

-I do have one last & VERY ambitious ask. I would love to see an add on for protection against "non receipt claims" similar to Paypal. Where we ship & they cover, offering full coverage & the app just surcharges & crowdfunds the 1% or 2% on the back-end with reasonable limits (such as under $500). That next level "no fraud" including "friendly fraud" staple would make this app indispensable. I'm very proud of your team. Very proud. Bravo.
We installed the application just before the 2021 holiday season, expecting a rush and we wanted to be protected but we also wanted to be sure we weren't rejecting perfectly good orders. After extensive research and comparisons, and calls, and walkthroughs.. you get the idea. We decided on NoFraud. Long story short we could not be happier. Our season went off without a hitch. All our transactions went smoothly, all covered by NoFraud.
The rollout leading up to this was just as smooth. We have Shopify Plus so we have some custom integrations with our ERP and processor and it was much easier than we expected, added some tags to support the NoFraud process and we were up and running in less than a week on all our sites. The NoFraud team is responsive, helpful, and proactive. They are also very willing to hear feedback which is a breath of fresh air these days. All of that adds up to some serious value for your buck compared to others.
We are very happy with the NoFraud service. The team is professional and courteous. They take the time to answer any and all questions you may have.
The benefits of the service are immeasurable. Just the piece of mind knowing that if an order comes through, we don't have to be concerned about fraud really frees up our time to focus on growing our business...
