This is excellent! I have been using them for over 4 years and they saved me over 60,000.00 in fraudulent transactions. They will catch those thieves that hit you site and they even guarantee it!! They have even proved it! I love working with these guys. They are very responsive and you don't have to worry about your online busy from fraud anymore. It is really peace of mind! I have multiple site and I use these guys for all my site. There negative I can say about these guys. They really are the best.
By the end of 2019 we were getting a huge spike of dodgy orders, and we didn't know what to do with them. Luckily I found NoFraud in the Shopify App store with 4.9 stars and many reviews - and as I write this, they are completely true. Recommended!
Great product that effectively filtered fraudulent and suspicious orders and took the time to work with us to resolve them and optimize to avoid them in the future. I would highly recommend if you are having issues with fraud.
Amazingly powerful app and great support team. An inexpensive way to secure your site! We love working with them.....and No Fraud actively works alongside companies for maximum effect on both current and potential future fraud activity.
NoFraud is a huge time saver and money maker for us. No fraud increased in our sales by allowing us to ship orders we weren't sure about and stops orders we thought are good. Completely automated and easy to install and use.

We noticed that you removed your integration with us on November 4th, but unfortunately, it looks like we didn’t disable your account in time for billing to be disabled. To make things right, we’ve already asked our Accounting Team to issue a refund for the recent invoice payment and ensured your account is now fully disabled. I have two stores using NoFraud. This app is a must-install for any store selling high value goods. NoFraud approves orders I would have been too nervous to fulfill. Their team is very responsive in answering questions on why an order was approved or declined.
I signed up today -- and their support walked me through all of the various options to set up our account based on our integrations and needs. So far -- very impressed with the tool and the staff. Kevin is extremely responsive and thorough.
I can sleep better at night because of this app. It has saved us so much frustration with selling online and dealing with scammers. Total lifesaver!
