NoFraud Fraud Protection

We switched over to no fraud a few months back. Since then we've seen a significant reduction in chargebacks as well as a boost in the number of orders being passed through. We're very happy with the product and the customer service that we've received!

I have been using NoFraud for over a year on another platform and now that we are moving to Shopify, I am making sure we use it here as well. We used to research suspected fraud orders manually which is very time consuming and a bit risky. NoFraud does all that for us quickly and with a high acceptance rate (higher than other services we've tried). Customer service is always very responive as well. Finally, if you do a chargeback on an order they approve, they fight it for you and cover it! This app genuinely saves you time and money. Must have!

But what makes NoFraud special is their human touch. It sets them apart from almost ever other service we use: if we're see anything weird, there is a person we can reach out to. They've helped us hone our returns policy to fight returns fraud; they've helped us identify strange payment patterns; and their algorithm is fast enough to not impact conversion rate. I can't imagine running a Shopify site without NoFraud.

We love NoFraud, they have helped us avoid unnecessary chargebacks. They flag suspicious purchases within seconds and provide us with the necessary follow up on how to proceed with the order. Their support team is quick and sufficient. Would recommend them to any business is high value products.

NoFraud saved our business from fraudsters! Prior to integrating the NoFraud app in our Shopify store we were literally under siege in a losing battle with the fraudsters. We didn't know where to turn and nothing was working. We tried different levels of fraud protection from our merchant processor but that proved to be very problematic because a lot of valid charges would end up getting declined and that was costing us sales. I was at my wits end with no idea what to do to stop the slimy fraudsters from running their scams.

All the communication with the team and the account manager is fast and helpful and their system is super user-friendly. There is some room for improvement, a more detailed chargeback report would be great!
