Nofraud has been really great for us. We used to use Forter in the past which was pretty good but Nofraud/Wyllo just had a way better integration with Shopify making everything super seamless.

Nofraud has been a helpful partner since we transitioned. We were able to save money from our previous provider and achieve better pass rates with their review process. They have been great partners and are planning to implement Returns Fraud coverage after their recent Yofi acquisition.

I'll keep this simple... NoFraud is one of the best tools in our stack.
Setup was easy and the customization options actually let you dial things in for how your business works, not just out-of-the-box defaults. Whether it's your tech setup, your risk tolerance, or something specific to how you operate, you can make it fit.
Once it's set up it basically runs itself. We've spent maybe a few hours total on it over the last almost two years. That's not an exaggeration. It is truly set it and forget it, and it just works. For how much value it delivers, the ongoing lift is practically zero.
On the results side, it's been a no-brainer. We've cut fraud significantly, saved our team a ton of time that used to go toward manually reviewing orders and dealing with chargebacks, and (the part that not everyone thinks about) we're actually making more money now. If you're relying on Shopify's built-in payment filters, you're declining legitimate orders and leaving revenue on the table. NoFraud lets you confidently pass more good orders through without stressing about the bad ones slipping by.
I also love that they have human fraud analysts conducting manual reviews on top of their AI and algorithms. That extra layer of real human judgment on transactions gives you a level of confidence that pure automation alone can't match.
All that said - the thing that sets NoFraud apart is the people. The team has always been willing to work with me on whatever I need. They run a customer advisory board and they actually listen. Not in a "thanks for the feedback" way. In a "that's on the roadmap now" way. They are genuinely innovative and constantly thinking about how to make life easier for ecommerce leaders, whether that's keeping more revenue or losing less to fraud and abuse.
They also have a real commitment to customer experience as a discipline, not just as a department. They actively lift up CX leaders and the CX community in a way that is honestly rare to see from a vendor. It matters and it shows in everything they do.
Amazing product. Amazing people. Can't recommend them enough.
