We installed the application just before the 2021 holiday season, expecting a rush and we wanted to be protected but we also wanted to be sure we weren't rejecting perfectly good orders. After extensive research and comparisons, and calls, and walkthroughs.. you get the idea. We decided on NoFraud. Long story short we could not be happier. Our season went off without a hitch. All our transactions went smoothly, all covered by NoFraud.
The rollout leading up to this was just as smooth. We have Shopify Plus so we have some custom integrations with our ERP and processor and it was much easier than we expected, added some tags to support the NoFraud process and we were up and running in less than a week on all our sites. The NoFraud team is responsive, helpful, and proactive. They are also very willing to hear feedback which is a breath of fresh air these days. All of that adds up to some serious value for your buck compared to others.

We originally started using Signifyd for fraud prevention. SIgnifyd started off ok and our orders were being checked and guaranteed. Then gradually more and more orders were declined for no good reason. Our customer service team ended up doing their usual checks with social media/ directory enquiries and contacting the customer, to find that actually the customer was most likely genuine. We then had to feed this all back to Signifyd so they could make a second decision. And again, sometimes they approved it and sometimes they would decline just because it was going to a different address. We were having to cancel orders as Signifyd were not guaranteeing them.
Basically, we seemed to be doing as much work, if not more work. before we installed Signifyd. And receiving fewer results with Signifd.

Then we came across NoFraud. The customer platform is more user-friendly and easy to navigate.
They tag orders with responses, which helps us identify an order and filter orders. NoFraud proactively does the review for us which means we free up our time to focus on the genuine orders.
And most importantly more orders are guaranteed. Which means faster processing, picking and packing, and much happier Urban Industry customers :)
The support has been amazing and the installation was unbelievably quick.

I would definitely recommend using No Fraud to help grow your business.

NoFraud helps me detect fraudulent orders quickly and allows me to ship my orders quickly with no worry on shopify! I used to have numerous fraudulent orders shipped and now those times are gone! Best app I love it! Thank you NoFraud for your great customer service and your service all throughout.

I signed up today -- and their support walked me through all of the various options to set up our account based on our integrations and needs. So far -- very impressed with the tool and the staff. Kevin is extremely responsive and thorough.

Great service, highly recommend.
As we sell consumer electronics we required fraud protection or we'd be out of business. I used Signifyd for years but when I moved my shop from Magento to Shopify I reevaluated and chose No Fraud. The fees are lower, far fewer orders are flagged so less operations time for my team and the service is great.
Install was seamless and their knowledge center answers all questions me or my team has. We've been using them for about 3 months now and all is good and I'm happy we're with them.

NoFraud is such a good app to have on your store especially if you’re a first time business owner. Within the first few weeks of installation, I was alerted about a fraudulent order and I solved the situation immediately thanks to NoFraud. definitely would recommend.

Great app - I highly recommend it. Really easy setup, affordable, great customer service and I can now ship orders I would have previously declined (ex: Different billing & shipping addresses, international orders). We have not had a single fraudulent order since we started using NoFraud.

Just installed this--and No Fraud stopped a cc transaction within an hour of installing the app.. I am in the trial period--but must say that this app is one of the best. A must have for any store. I am VERY satisfied with the app. Alot less worry on chargebacks--what a relief! Its been 2 weeks and if this had a ten star rating system, i would give it a 15. This is a must for any business-this app is by far the best and it has picked up all high risk orders that were placed on my store. These guys are a lifesaver!

8/19/17 UPDATE- I had orders prior to installing this app. ALL came back as chargebacks-all were green checked thru shopify as good to go--over $3500 in chargebacks. Shopify only has limited processing for orders--do yourself and your business a HUGE favor and get this app. It is very stressful dealing with these chargeback orders, because this money comes out of your pocket--protect yourself and get this app.

We have used several other fraud analysis tools but this is the only one that has allowed us to be completely hands off. Saves us a lot of time! They were very helpful in the set up and continue to offer help when questions arise.

We have only had NoFraud active for a few weeks and I already see how its tools to help detect fraud give you as the merchant more piece of mind doing business on the internet. We had a transaction of around $2k that needed to be reviewed which they handled completely for us. It felt great knowing the customer was contacted and verified before we had that dollar amount placed in a box and sent to a stranger. We've been burned in the past and love that we can breath easier for a small percentage of our sales. Definitely worth it.

** I would like to start by saying our business deals with large transactions on a regular basis each month, and presented this information immediately upon speaking to the sales team **

We are not satisfied at all with how the sales process was presented. We spent time and effort thinking this could be a good app, and dealt directly with the sales team for a few meetings.

Once we thought all was well and we were going to proceed due to the benefits of using the app and pricing that worked in line with the insurance we THOUGHT we would be receving, we were presented one caveat that was never shared...... there is a cap on the chargeback limit.

We deal with +$2000 transactions at least 4 times a month, and after being informed we would spend over $250 a month for chargeback coverage, we were told we only could be covered for $700 per chargeback. They also stated that "5 transactions out of 100,000 get through the fraud detection" meaning very low risk on their side. So let's do the math..... I am on average going to spend with this company $3000 a year, and MAYBE a chargeback occurs during the year, but will only cover $700? What kind of joke is that? Why would we ever spend that kind of money if we were not protected completely? That is the whole point of insurance!

Maybe this app can work for companies that deal with less than $1000 transactions, but the whole point in our eyes of using something like this is to not worry about THE LARGE TRANSACTIONS. Completely asinine for us.

NoFraud employs a maximum reimbursement per transaction for some businesses, depending on the length of time they are in business, monthly purchase volume and industry. Any increase in that maximum can be worked out with the sales rep once provided with a little more information from your team. 

As mentioned on our follow up call, we are happy to increase the maximum for your business based on specific criteria your shared.
