What Does NoFraud Do?
NoFraud offers eCommerce fraud prevention through real-time virtual identity verification. We deliver individual, real-time decisions for each transaction (Pass/Fail) using thousands of data points and virtually every fraud detection technology available.
The solution is fully automated and managed by in-house experts, requiring no input from the merchants. All review is managed internally by NoFraud.
How NoFraud Works:
When the NoFraud extension is enabled, transactions will be sent to NoFraud for fraud screening after the customer’s transaction has been placed.
NoFraud gives you actionable responses you can rely on: Pass or Fail. There are no scores to analyze or rules to configure. You can decide to manually cancel the orders we flagged as fraud (“Fail”) or you can automatically cancel the fraudulent orders. We offer flexible integration options to be compatible with almost every third party fulfillment company's workflow.
For transactions where a high risk transaction has validation potential, NoFraud provides cardholder for verification by our U.S.-based team of fraud analysts. This allows NoFraud to approve high risk transactions that other solutions would decline. There is no need to gather evidence on why you believe that transaction is valid - the review is triggered automatically as soon as the order comes to NoFraud. Once completed, you will receive an email with the transaction’s updated status and the order will automatically be updated with NoFraud's final decision.
*Chargeback Protection: Should a fraud chargeback occur on an order NoFraud passed, NoFraud will reimburse you for the full chargeback amount. Minimum volume required for Chargeback Protection eligibility.
*Flexibility on which orders to screen: You can choose to include or exclude non-credit card transactions (Paypal, Amazon Pay).
*Customer Managed Blocklist and Allowlist (can be used for non-fraud related purposes ex: block customers that keep buying and returning product)
