I find the App is to sensitive and cancelling genuine orders. Its probably costing me more in lost / cancelled orders that fraud orders. I wait to see what NF have to say about my issues.

In this particular situation, the order was cancelled due to several risk factors including being placed on a high-risk device and the card issuing bank country did not match the billing country.

You can disable this auto-cancellation feature at any point.
