No time to participate in a BETA test. Underperforming app features with limited controls. Unresponsive customer support during trial could be a sign of whats to be expected from app developer. More than 48 hours with no response or assistance from support.

I'm sorry NoteDesk did not meet your expectations. Our offices were closed for a public holiday Monday regarding the delayed response.
The feedback regarding the issues has been passed on to our developers to be investigated.
