Excellence in Customer Service. I’d like to preface this by saying I’m nowhere near tech savvy. I had just installed the Notifio app and upon opening a chat with Notifio, I was promptly greeted by Rahul who was very patient, understanding and took the time to assist me and guide me through setting up my first campaign. Ensuring I had a clear understanding (I was definitely overthinking it) all the while establishing a successful introduction with Notifio. Thank you Rahul. You set an example for others to follow.

I used this app its really helps us to boost the sale and really easy to use. Customer care is responsive and easy to contact them if you face any kind of issue.

good app, easy to work with, fast support

This app was working well for me at first... then new government regulations were put in place regarding text messages, in March SMS messages to my customers stopped. I contacted the APP only to receive conflicting information...I hate having to get a new APP but the whole point of having a messaging APP is to send messages and it doesn't seem that this company will be able to do that anytime soon.

A must have app! Good overall customization and integrates well with Shopify. Took me a few trials to get my welcome message formatted correctly, but the customer service has been very helpful!

Could use a few minor tweaks such as:
* An on screen message confirming a customers subscription.
* The ability to send test emails to yourself even if you've subscribed. Would greatly help to ensure formatting is correct.
* Ability to remove company logo from specific emails when default header is set to include a logo.

Highly recommended app otherwise!

Loving this app! Quick to install and setup. Had great automation options and I am very happy with the progress so far. Highly recommend.
