A must have app! Good overall customization and integrates well with Shopify. Took me a few trials to get my welcome message formatted correctly, but the customer service has been very helpful!

Could use a few minor tweaks such as:
* An on screen message confirming a customers subscription.
* The ability to send test emails to yourself even if you've subscribed. Would greatly help to ensure formatting is correct.
* Ability to remove company logo from specific emails when default header is set to include a logo.

Highly recommended app otherwise!

I am loving working with this app as of now. Though havent tested performance over a length of time, their customer support is very proactive and open to feedback. Love that . Also love the different notification/sms/email driven customer recontact options given thru a single app. Have tried many apps but havent found one single one which gives so many options. This should help avoid bugs that pop up with using different apps for different functionalities. Nicely thought !

This app was working well for me at first... then new government regulations were put in place regarding text messages, in March SMS messages to my customers stopped. I contacted the APP only to receive conflicting information...I hate having to get a new APP but the whole point of having a messaging APP is to send messages and it doesn't seem that this company will be able to do that anytime soon.

I've only installed the app 2 days ago and it already made a massive damage to our business. Over 30 customers received multiple emails with order confirmation of other customers!!!!!! Those included their personal details, absolutely disgraceful!! DO NOT INSTALL this app!!

This issue is resolved now,

It happened because some customer had not enter the number and app is creating uniqueness on same contact number and emails. Here we were getting only +44 country code, so those few customers where getting identified as same customer. It is resolved now and working alright.
